The **Senior Associat** **e, Investments** is part of QTS’ European Investment & Real Estates team which is focused on driving core growth initiatives domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to – strategic investment & asset management, land and operating asset acquisitions, new development opportunities and asset repositioning.

**Duties & Responsibilities** **, other duties may be assigned:**

+ Prepare investment materials such as investment memorandums, capital committee presentations and proposals
+ Create and maintain financial models to evaluate existing development projects, acquisitions, financings (joint-venture, equity initiatives, etc.), land, and capital recycling
+ Support projects from identification through completion, including coordination of due diligence teams, model underwriting, and financing.
