SUMMARY:
Are you a Senior Associate with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in Banking Law and National Credit Act matters?
Our client, an established litigation practice in Cape Town, is seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual eager to head up their own sub-department, supported by two secretaries and a candidate attorney. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that offers autonomy, responsibility and the chance to further develop expertise in complex High Court litigation.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements
Right of appearance in the High Court
Exposure to Banking Law and National Credit Act matters
3–5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 200 matters
Ability to independently run High Court matters nationally
