Senior Associate, HSSE

Key Responsibilities

• Regular daily inspection of project sites to ensure a hazard‑free environment and compliance with HSSE national and local regulations and standards.
• Assessment and acceptance of contractors/subcontractors’ safety plans, method statements, and/or job hazard analyses.
• Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality.
• Promote safe practices on site.
• Create and implement safety guidelines and programs as needed.
• Carry‑out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations.
• Conduct investigations on near misses, incidents or accidents.
• Ensure all HSSE relevant reports are submitted to related government agencies (DOLE, DOE, DENR, etc.).
• Record and report company‑mandated HSSE metrics (e.g., incidents and accidents including injuries/damages, near misses, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, safe acts; environmental emissions, generated wastes, electricity and water usage,...
