Job Description

Perform daily operation and maintenance works on the 4G/5G/Microwave radio systems, AC/DC power system, Fixed Transmission and Antenna Distribution System and other associated equipment.

Conduct site acceptance and provide reports for newly implemented sites.

Perform system commissioning, integration and acceptance works and provide technical support for network expansion program, including Cellular-on-Wheel deployment.

Perform Fixed transmission provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with building owners on site access related matters.

Interface with vendors and contractors on all operational and project support activities.

Conduct system fault analysis and take proactive measures to minimize system outage and recurrence.

Assist team leaders in managing day-to-day operational activities and handling of urgent escalated matters.
