Your mission:PwC’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory team supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, helping them assess strategic alternatives and execute complex transactions with confidence. We advise corporate, private equity and entrepreneurial clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions, mergers, joint ventures, divestitures, capital raisings and other strategic transactions.

As a Senior Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions (Deals) at PwC, you will be a core member of our M&A advisory team, driving execution-focused support across the full deal lifecycle.
