Job Title: Senior Assistant Machinery Engineer

• To ensure reliable plant operation by coordinating, monitoring and planning of all rotating equipment maintenance activities.
• Individual should be well versed on Pumps, Compressors, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Heavy Vertical and Horizontal Agitators, Large FD/ID Fans, Centrifuges, Metering/Dosing pumps, Screw/belts Conveyors, bearings, Transmission, Dynamic Seals etc.
• Individual should have good understanding of Shaft Alignment, Measurements, Fits & Tolerances.
• Individual must have excellent troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Experience on budgeting and estimation of annual maintenance activities.
• Planning & Execution of Turnaround/ Shutdown – Involves scope identification, resource planning, material identification, timeline & quality management, etc.
