[What the role is]
As the Senior Assistant Director/Director with the Tuberculosis Division, you will lead the Surveillance and Epidemiology team. You will oversee the national TB registry functions, which include processing TB notifications, TB surveillance and laboratory data, and contact tracing initiation.You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
[What you will be working on]
- To oversee surveillance functions of Surveillance and Epidemiology team and to lead the pre-entry TB screening programme under the Tuberculosis division.
- To monitor programme performance, ensuring timely submission of TB surveillance reports and supervise data extraction for routine and ad-hoc analysis Conduct regular auditing and provide feedback to stakeholders on data completeness and timeliness.
