Senior Architectural

We're seeking an experienced Architectural / MEP / Structural Designer with strong expertise in U.S. residential and commercial projects and multi-state building code compliance. If you're detail-oriented and comfortable working across disciplines, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the U.S. design industry
• Proven experience in residential and commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes across multiple states

(IBC, IRC, NEC, state & local amendments)

• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit (Is a Plus)
• SketchUp (Is a Plus)
• 3ds Max (Is a Plus)
• Ability to produce accurate 2D construction and permit drawings
• Experience coordinating architectural, MEP, and structural drawings
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
