Senior Architectural Designer Role

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer with strong Revit experience to lead commercial amenity projects from concept through construction documents within a collaborative design-build environment. Reports Directly to the CEO.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit, experienced with BIM 360, and has a strong understanding of applicable building codes and commercial construction documentation. They should also have experience leading small teams and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering consultants while balancing technical execution, constructability, and design intent.
