Senior Architectural Coordinator

• Project administrations and architectural co-ordination which include preparation of floor layout drawings, shop drawings, door scheduling, submission BIM systems and submissions
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants to ensure all the technical requirements are met where applicable
• Must be experienced & proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and Autodesk and hands on in Autodesk docs , Autodesk build will be begiven preference
• Minimum of 6 years experience in Architectural Coordination & at least 3 years must be in Singapore

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Professional Degree in Architectural, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
