Role Description

ZONE is looking for a highly competent Project Architect to join our growing Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru teams, working collaboratively with top-tier architects and technical teams from JB, KL, and our overseas offices on exciting local and international projects.

10 - 15 years+ experience as a Project Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. You will need to have experience in high-rise and mixed development projects.

• Proficient in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong technical knowledge of building by-laws, building materials, construction methods, and local building codes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and project teams
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to deliver innovative design solutions
