Our client is an award winning international multi-disciplined consultancy, currently undergoing rapid growth. They havea strong and diverse pipeline of projects across aviation, industrial, education, transportation, mixed-use and civic sectors.

Requirements

Lead and contribute to architectural projects from concept design through to construction and handover.

Take an active role in site-based delivery, including inspections, coordination with contractors, responding to RFIs and supporting contract administration.

Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings, specifications and documentation.

Ensure compliance with Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building Control Legislation and relevant standards.

Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, fire, acoustic and other specialist consultants.

Support and, where appropriate, mentor junior architects and architectural staff.
