Senior Architect

Multi-disciplined, award-winning architectural and design company who are at the forefront of design are expanding their architectural team in Dubai and are now looking for a Senior Architect who specialises in hotel and high-end residential projects. Your duties will be to: To take the project from working drawing/detailed design stage to produce the construction drawings. Ensure all drawings are compliant with local authority building regulations. Ensure all drawings comply with the initial design brief. Responsible for managing a team of architects and draftsmen. Must be an expert in the hotel sector. Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture at a minimum. Registered with a Board of Architects. Minimum 5 years post graduate experience. Must be able to use AutoCAD and Revit. Benefits 20-32k AED dependent on experience. Exposure to working with a team of award-winning Architects. Flights. Healthcare.
