Senior Application Support Manager – Trading Systems

Position Description

Focus on assisting in the day to day wealth management application operations and production support specialized in the equity trading systems, settlement systems, Internet trading, as well as company website. Also involved with other teammates in supporting user requests like data extraction query, reports update and workflow updates and other internal systems' requests. Work closely with the business users, also with the system vendors and different teams to carry out of IT projects included requirement gathering, customization, documentation or testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing first line application production support for wealth management business.
• Manage, resolve and investigate production system issues and follow through the cases, mainly focused on securities, futures and stock options trading systems, including Internet trading channel, mobile app and etc.
