Job Description
Senior Application Support is required for a multinational supply chain services company located in Cairo Sokhna Road.
Responsibilities:Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues escalated from Level 1 support. Communicate status and resolutions to users and stakeholders promptly. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on complex problems. Monitor application performance and proactively log errors. Maintain documentation for incidents, known issues, and procedures. Support software deployments, patches, and upgrades alongside IT teams. Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely issue resolution. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed. Comply with internal policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
