Senior Application Engineer

【Main Task】
• Represent Carl Zeiss SMS in Taiwan, continually enhancing knowledge of application-related issues for metrology and tuning tools.
• Assume a leading role in application support for metrology and tuning tools, serving as a communication conduit between customers and ZEISS headquarters.
• Participate in regular meetings with customers to summarize and report issues, providing technical feed-back.
• Monitor action items and unresolved issues with customers to ensure prompt resolution.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support both locally and at headquarters, including conducting technical presentations and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Engage in periodic training at headquarters in Jena or Oberkochen, Germany.
• Be prepared to travel for extended periods to assist domestic and international customers.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
