Aurex Group is currently partnered with a global real estate investor that is looking to build capability in Singapore. The position sits within the team responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Singapore real estate portfolio.

About the Role

The role involves supporting all aspects of asset management including but not limited to performance tracking, modelling, reporting, valuation, and financial / scenario analysis.

• Preparing annual asset plans, asset performance slides and maintaining a forecast model for each asset within the portfolio.
• Quarterly forecasting, valuations, and providing inputs for house view research requirements, form part of this process.
