Job Description

What does the job look like?

As a Senior Analyst – UKG Pro WFM, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimisation of our UKG Pro Workforce Management platform across Linfox and the broader group.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure the platform runs smoothly, deliver enhancements, and partner with stakeholders to improve workforce management outcomes.


Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules including timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements

  • Conduct testing (UAT, regression) and support system deployments

  • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and data mapping

  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support
