We are seeking an Analyst/Assistant Manager, ideally with experience in Change Management & Communications and/or in Portfolio & Project Management to join our UK Transformation Portfolio Office (TPO) team within the Executive Group (reporting into MP for Transformation, Stephen Spurway). Joining the TPO will extend your internal network and allow you to contribute to shaping and driving outcomes across our internal transformation portfolio, working closely with UK Enabling Functions and Business leaders as well as a wide range of stakeholders across the UK firm. The nature of the work is both cyclical (giving the opportunity to deeply embed knowledge) and dynamic (giving the opportunity for agile, strategic and problem-based thinking). You will welcome the opportunity of developing your skills and experience in enterprise-wide transformation and want to commit to at least a 6-month journey with us, 4 to 5 days per week.
