As a Senior Analyst within Sector Insights' Reporting & Advice team, you will:
* Develop and deliver monitoring and reporting products that track outcomes and provide insight into how justice initiatives are performing over time.
* Apply strong analytical and communication skills to generate robust evidence and translate complex findings into clear advice for decision-makers.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Ministry, courts, justice sector agencies, iwi partners, and external providers to support evidence-informed improvement.
