Senior Analyst - Systems Administration

OverviewWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Systems Administration team at Marsh.This role will be based in Mexico City - Paseo.This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.ResponsibilitiesImplement and support back-end systems and applications.Act as technical lead and/or project manager for small to mid-size projects.Participate in critical initiatives across NERA, Actuarial, OWG Tech, and MMC Tech.Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis.Create knowledge and improve process efficiency.Communicate effectively with the team and business stakeholders.Provide escalation support and back up Help Desk and local support teams.Manage technology assets, patching, and provisioning.Mentor team members and provide leadership.What you need to haveDegree in Computer Systems Engineering or Mobile Application Development.4+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.Advanced knowledge of Windows PC OS and hardware troubleshooti...
