De Puy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Sales Training located in Mexico. The Senior Analyst, Sales Training plays a key role in strengthening the capabilities of our commercial teams by designing and delivering impactful training programs. This role supports the Commercial Excellence function by enhancing sales effectiveness, accelerating onboarding, and improving overall customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs across areas such as product knowledge, consultative selling, and sales effectiveness. Create engaging learning content (presentations, assessments, e-learning modules) tailored to diverse sales audiences. Apply insights from sales performance data, customer feedback, and key metrics to continuously improve training curricula.
