Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Technology Workforce Management – Strategy & Business Operations (OCIO), The Technology Workforce Management team, within the Business Operations and Strategy Execution area, is dedicated to optimizing and strategically planning the technology capacity to meet the evolving needs of the Bank. The team plays a crucial role in supporting strategic programs and providing insights and analytics to ensure that we are equipped to meet our business objectives, to drive performance and support innovation.

• Facilitate resource‑related inquiries by collaborating directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to manage requirements from intake and validation through to execution, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
