We are seeking a talented individual to join our Windows Engineering team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Windows Engineer will play a crucial role in technical system implementation and client coordination, ensuring seamless communication and effective resolution of technical issues.
**We will count on you to**:
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients regarding implementation and status.
- Implement changes per requests (IIS, VIP, SSL certificates).
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, including severity 1 incidents.
- Remediate security vulnerabilities in middleware systems.
