Senior Analyst, Inventory & Controls

Job Summary

The role involves developing analytical models and an inventory database to effectively support decision‑making and monitor key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, margins, inventory in transit, and aging, while conducting in‑depth analyses of inventory shrinkage to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop optimized analysis models to support decision‑making, including building and maintaining the inventory database to track key performance measures (inventory turnover, margin, inventory in transit, age of inventories, etc.).
• Perform in depth analysis of inventory shrinkage across many dimensions (store type, region, departments, product categories, etc.) to highlight trends, root causes and opportunities to improve shrinkage.
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting for monthly and quarterly financial and presentations.
