Senior Analyst, Insurance and Risk

**Who You Are:**

The  **Senior Analyst,**   **Insurance and Risk Management ** will serve as a key contributor responsible for executing development insurance and risk management activities supporting large-scale data center campuses. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external advisors to administer development insurance programs, support project financing diligence, and manage transitions to property coverage. Success in this role requires strong project management, organization, and communication skills, along with demonstrated knowledge of risk transfer, insurance program structure, and compliance requirements.
