Job Description

The Core Responsibilities
Middle Office operations 
Manage settlements for security transactions, including swap payments and receipts.

Coordinate with traders in Treasury/Capital Markets, custodians, and counterparties to resolve any settlement issues.

Manage the trade upload process to CDS custodian portal, reconcile external and internal trade confirmations, and ensure accurate settlement uploads into the Treasury duration reporting system.

Review and verify daily trades by maintaining the daily trade blotter featuring all trades and bond price details, raising and flagging any unmatched transactions to enhance transparency and facilitate timely observability.

Review and verify payment settlements for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment instructions and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
