Senior Analyst Business IT - TTC
Objective
Analyze the organization's business processes and systems (financial, logistic, human resources, etc.) and automate/optimize processes through the third‐party business resource planning system (ERP, e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle).
Work on complex, large, and more impactful aspects of the system, designing more optimal processes using broader and deeper ERP experience.
Responsibilities
Work with our internal customers to analyze business processes to document functional requirements and optimize the use of the Plex SaaS platform.
Development of system specifications and decision flows, in the form of flowcharts or equivalent techniques, from written business requirements.
Formulate and define the scope and objectives of the system, devising and/or updating procedures to solve complex business problems.
Make recommendations and propose system solutions to meet functional requirements.
