Senior Analyst B2C

JOB PURPOSE

This role supports the Commercial Activation team by helping deliver actionable insights,facilitatingbestpractice sharing across the group andassistingin managingthe activation of commercial projects forour core FMC championsand portfolio companies. 

Working under the guidance of theSenior Managers, you’ll play a key role in shaping selected commercial strategies (e.g.proposition strategy and development,operational andgo-to-marketstrategies) and supporting initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty, increasingnetadds, and boostingcustomerARPU.You'llalso contribute to the operational side of strategic programs like digital transformation or post-merger activitiesand ensure best practice learning is shared and implemented across the group.
