 Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr  Requirement/Must Have: 
 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solutions architecture. 
 Proven experience building and deploying real-time AI systems into production. 
 Deep understanding of Generative AI, RAG systems, fine-tuning, and AI agent frameworks. 
 Strong architectural expertise integrating AI solutions with enterprise software ecosystems. 
 Familiarity with AI compliance, governance, and data protection requirements across multiple regions. 
 Experience: Experience designing AI-driven productivity and developer experience solutions. 
 Experience applying AI across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
 Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure productivity and efficiency improvements. 
 Experience working with cross-functional, global stakeholder teams.
