We are looking for an AI Engineer / Agent Developer to design and build advanced conversational solutions that enable users to interact with complex data in a simple, reliable, and explainable way. This role focuses on developing intelligent agents that transform natural language into actionable insights, operating within a highly governed and data-driven environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across data, analytics, and product to deliver scalable, high-impact AI capabilities.
What you will do
Build and iterate the conversational analytics agent end-to-end: query understanding, SQL generation, execution, response synthesis, explainability and citations.
Implement guardrails: scope enforcement, hallucination detection, traceability for high-stakes clinical answers.
