Your new role
Design and deliver end-to-end NLP/LLM and agentic AI solutions for healthcare applications.Translate business workflows into scalable AI architectures, including RAG, classification, and agents.Build and optimize LLM pipelines, prompts, and retrieval systems for accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.Develop evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and monitoring systems to ensure quality and safety.Productionize AI systems with MLOps, observability, and cost/latency optimization.Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with responsible AI standards.What you'll need to succeed
