Senior AI Engineer Microsoft Azure AI, Fabric, and Copilot

Contract Length: 1 year, with the option to extend for up to two additional 6-month periods

LIPA is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that support innovation across utility and business operations. This role will focus on Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service.

Senior AI Engineer Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI, agentic AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions using Azure AI Foundry, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and responsible AI governance.
