We are a team of 80 people across Finland and Sweden, with most of our 15-person in-house engineering team based in Helsinki. To lead the agentic shift, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer, a pragmatic builder, to join our team dedicated to Vainu's AI offering.
Key Details
Role: Backend-focused Senior Developer, AI Offering Team
Location: Helsinki, Finland (Our office is in Hakaniemi)
Work Model: Hybrid: 2–3 days/week at the office
Compensation (Gross, Annual): €66,000 – €84,000 based on experience and seniority
