Design and ship production LLM systems for Nordic enterprise customers. You will own agent pipelines end-to-end — retrieval, evaluation, tool-use and observability.

What you'll do

• Architect retrieval-augmented and agentic systems for banking, insurance, and public-sector clients.
• Build evaluation harnesses that gate model upgrades in CI.
• Partner with platform engineers on latency, cost, and safety budgets.
• Mentor two to three engineers and set the technical bar for the practice.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience, 2+ years working directly with LLMs.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills, comfortable with FastAPI, Node, and modern React.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weighted models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen).
• Ship-first mindset – you measure success in production outcomes, not benchmarks.
