Compensation
Design and ship production LLM systems for Nordic enterprise customers. You will own agent pipelines end-to-end — retrieval, evaluation, tool-use and observability.
What you'll do
- Architect retrieval-augmented and agentic systems for banking, insurance and public-sector clients.
- Build evaluation harnesses that gate model upgrades in CI.
- Partner with platform engineers on latency, cost and safety budgets.
- Mentor two to three engineers and set the technical bar for the practice.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of production software engineering, 2+ years working directly with LLMs.
- Strong Python and TypeScript. Comfortable across FastAPI, Node and modern React.
- Hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic or open-weights (Llama, Mistral, Qwen).
- Ship-first mindset — you measure success in production outcomes, not benchmarks.
