Role Overview

Support Planet’s AI‑first engineering scale‑up as a Senior AI Developer Experience Engineer. In this hands‑on role you will focus on AI fluency, developer experience, internal enablement tooling, and measurable improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI Fluency sessions across Engineering and SDLC roles, from prompt engineering fundamentals to advanced agentic coding workflows and practical AI‑first ways of working.
• Work closely with teams across Engineering, building strong relationships, understanding their challenges, and helping them adopt AI and better workflows in a practical, team‑friendly way.
