Senior AI Automation Engineer

Job Purpose

We are hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to design and own AI-powered workflow systems across Argus.

What Will You Be Doing

• Build and design AI agents and automation systems using Copilot Studio
• Define agent behaviour, prompt strategy, grounding and tool usage
• Architect workflows that combine AI reasoning with deterministic logic
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure and production ready
• Set standards for testing, monitoring and continuous improvement
• Mentor an AI Automation Engineer and guide implementation work

Essential Skills and Experience

• Design and operate real AI systems, not just build flows
• Experience building AI assistants, agents or LLM-based systems
• Strong understanding of APIs and enterprise system integration
• Experience taking AI solutions into production (reliability, monitoring, iteration)
