- Standardize all process, technical, template
- Collect technical lesion learn from all project in company, making wiki for Global company to reference
- Sharing lesson learn from all companies to internal
- Control QA team coaching line manager for standard
- Maintain current QMS process (template/process/standards/KPI ...)
- Solving issue related to quality compliance
- Training for manager/ developer

Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA Manager in software development.
- Experience in standardization, create quality strategy and implement it.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Have knowledge/experience in project management and smart Agile/waterfall process
- Experience in training for developer/tester about QMS system
- Graduated in IT
- Good analytical and organizational skills
