This is a hands‑on coaching role focused on refining practices, strengthening team dynamics, and embedding Agile principles at a deeper level across the organization.

You will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to enhance team maturity and drive meaningful, sustainable improvements.
