Job Description

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to focus on coaching and guiding teams in Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will act as a facilitator, mentor, and trainer, applying Agile principles and practices to enhance team collaboration and efficiency. 
Responsibilities include creating workshops, taking part in Agile ceremonies, and mentoring Scrum Masters and product owners.
