Senior Affiliate

Glad2Glow is looking for Senior Affiliate to help us grow & handle Philippines Market.

Job Description:

• Lead TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate programs to drive daily GMV
• Manage KOLs, micro-influencers, and livestream affiliates (not just big influencers)
• Scale high-volume creator seeding (hundreds of affiliates, not just a few deals)
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance on a daily basis (very KPI-driven)
• Coordinate with content & live commerce teams to boost conversion
• Push product-focused campaigns (flash sale, bundle, hero SKU pushes)

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in: Affiliate / KOL / influencer marketing (Preferably in beauty, skincare, or TikTok Shop brands)
• Proven track record of driving GMV through affiliates & managing large creator pools (not just premium KOLs)
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate system & Shopee Affil...
