This role is suited for an experienced professional with strong expertise in hotel investment underwriting, valuations, and strategic advisory, capable of managing complex analyses, guiding junior team members, and delivering high-quality, actionable insights to investors, lenders, and operators.

Responsibilities and Duties

Hotel Investment & Analysis

• Lead hotel investment underwriting assignments for banks, servicers, developers, and institutional investors.
• Develop, review, and validate complex financial models, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses.
