We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to provide specialist facilities management expertise and lead the delivery of accommodation and facility related projects. This role oversees both new developments and refurbishment programs, ensuring high quality, efficient, and well planned infrastructure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and estimate project costs, resources, and timelines for accommodation and facility upgrades.
- Contribute to strategic planning and priority setting for corporate facilities.
- Prepare appropriation requests and benefit submissions for minor and major capital works.
- Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
