Senior Administrator – Construction / Refurbishment
£25,000–£30,000 + Benefits (Private Healthcare & Pension)

Office-based – Hertfordshire (commutable to Hitchin/Stevenage)
A growing refurbishment contractor is looking for a highly organised Senior Administrator to support the smooth running of the business and multiple live projects. This is a varied role acting as Administrator/PA/Office Manager, working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure project and office operations run efficiently. The company delivers refurbishment works valued between £20K–£1.6M across Commercial, Education, Industrial and Residential sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage Directors’ diaries – arranging meetings, site visits and key appointments
- Coordinate day-to-day office and project administration to support project delivery
