Senior Accounts

Role Purpose

To independently handle full set of accounts, support month-end closing, and manage more complex accounting entries, including foreign currency transactions, while coordinating with external accountants.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, structured, and execution-focused, not purely supervisory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Set Accounting

• Handle full set of accounts
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance
• Prepare and review journal entries including: accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
• Perform basic balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare and support month-end closing

2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

• Oversee AR and AP processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Review AR/AP ageing and follow up on outstanding matters
• Ensure proper documentation and correct accounting treatment
