Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

Salary: Max RM5,500

Nature of business: one of the world largest manufacturing & production of security seal

Job description:

· Update cash book & collection report

· Verify Bank Reflex transaction

· Update AR transaction such as collection in system

· Review BA sales application

· Maintain of AR master file in ERP

· Prepare & checking on monthly trade receivables aging

· Customer SOA

· Customer sales & collection report

· Monthly computation of sales commission

· Bank Negara Malaysia report

· Any other ad-hoc matters as & when required

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, with AP & e-permit submission experience is an advantage

· At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
