A growing company is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Specialist to join its team in a fully remote role. This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of key accounting processes while working closely with operations and leadership.


This is not a large corporate accounting environment. We're looking for a hands-on professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable managing responsibilities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support, and fleet administration.


Key Responsibilities

+ Process and manage accounts payable transactions

+ Prepare customer invoices and support accounts receivable activities

+ Monitor collections and resolve billing discrepancies

+ Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
