Senior Accountant

Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain and analyze general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Support revenue recognition, technical accounting research, and implementation of accounting policies. Oversee accounts payable processes, vendor payments, and expense management through accounting systems. Partner with leadership on financial analysis, audit support, process improvements, and special projects. Requirements 5+ years of accounting experience with strong general ledger ownership. Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of technical accounting and revenue recognition principles. Proficiency with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and advanced Excel functions. Biotechnology, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or clinical-stage company experience is highly preferred.
