**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Coordinate and work on month-end and year-end closing activities
+ Reconcile subledgers and general ledger accounts
+ Prepare accounting schedules
+ Ensure financial records in compliance with TW and US GAAP
+ Prepare local tax computation
+ Assist in preparing and monitoring forecast and budget expenses
+ Work with external and internal auditors for statutory and SOX audits
+ Participate in system verification test for new or modified accounting systems
+ Performing other ad hoc accounting duties as required or assigned

**SKILLS:**

+ Working knowledge of TW tax rules and TW and US GAAP
+ Effective communication skills, both written and oral in English
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
+ Hands on experience with ERP system, particularly Oracle & SAP
+ Ability to work with little supervision.
